Salah satu informasi yang bisa berguna untuk karyawan perusahaan khususnya teknisi komputer adalah problem solving untuk mendiagnosa permasalahan atau kerusakan komputer, untuk itu metode sistem pakar untuk diagnosa permasalahan dan kerusakan komputer pada sistem operasi berbasis windows di ini bekerja layaknya seorang pakar, informasi yang didapat dari sistem ini berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari buku, browsing di internet dan tanya-jawab dengan teknisi komputer serta pengalaman yang didapat, informasinya pun dapat di update setiap saat sesuai dengan kebutuhan, karena sistem ini dirancang sedinamis mungkin.
