THE EFFECT OF LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE (LMX) AND TRUST TOWARD ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER

ABSTRACT
The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of trust and decision making toward teacher’s organizational commitment.The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 186 from 347 teacher’s selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; LMX and trust toward teacher’s organizational commitment. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is concluded that (1) there the positive direct effect of LMX towards organizational commitment, (2) there is positive direct effect of trust towards organizational commitment and (3) ) there is positive direct effect of LMX towards trust
