Gambaran kehidupan gelandangan dalam roman no et moi karya Delphine De Vigan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kehidupan gelandangan di Paris yang tercermin dalam penokohan No dalam roman No et Moi karya Delphine de Vigan.
Metode deskriptif-kualitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan sosiologi sastra sebagai pendekatan. Dalam meneliti, analisis unsur intrinsik seperti alur, tokoh dan latar dilakukan terlebih dahulu, setelah itu analisis terhadap unsur intrinsik seperti kehidupan pribadi pengarang dan zaman yang sedang berkembang dilakukan. Setelah menganalisis kedua unsur tersebut, penelitian dilanjutkan dengan menemukan gambaran kehidupan gelandangan melalui penggambaran tokoh dan latar dalam roman No et Moi. Peneliti menggunakan tabel analisis data yang merupakan hasil sintesa dari teori mengenai gaya hidup gelandangan yang terangkum dalam 4 kategori, yaitu mobilitas (mobilité), pekerjaan (le travail), tempat beristirahat (Les préparatifs visant à assurer son sommeil), dan penggunaan obat-obatan (l’usage de drogue).
Data yang diperoleh dalam analisis data yaitu berupa 22 kutipan yang berisikan tentang gaya hidup gelandangan di Paris. Ditemukan bahwa terdapat 8 kutipan mengenai bagaimana ia melakukan aktivitasnya dengan bekerja, lalu 6 kutipan mengenai perpindahan yang dilakukan gelandangan, 5 kutipan mengenai bagaimana gelandangan mempersiapkan tempat untuk beristirahat dan 3 kutipan mengenai kebiasaan gelandangan dalam mengonsumsi obat-obatan.
Berdasarkan kutipan-kutipan tersebut, maka disimpulkan bahwa No merupakan gambaran gelandangan perempuan di Paris. Ia mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari tempat tinggal, pekerjaan, sehingga hidupnya berpindah-pindah dari suatu tempat publik ke tempat publik lainnya. Konsumsi obat-obatan dan juga minuman keras ia lakukan untuk melawan depresi yang melandanya.
Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka diharapkan dapat memberikan padangan baru dalam pembelajaran sastra dan peradaban Prancis. Selain itu, diharapkan juga pembaca dapat berempati terhadap masalah-masalah sosial yang ada di sekitar.

The aim of this research is to know the life of homeless people in Paris represented in a character named No in the novel No et Moi by Delphine de Vigan.
The method descriptive-qualitative is used in this research with the study of sociology of literature. In this research, the researcher firstly analyse the intrinsic elements of the novel like plot, personage, and background, and after that the analyze was continued to the extrinsic elements of the novel, which included the biography of the author and the era of the creation of the novel. After researching those elements, the search of the image of the homeless life was continued by selecting the elements which can be used to describe the reality of homeless life in Paris. To search the data, the researcher used the data analyze table based on the Snow and Anderson theory about the lifestyle of homeless people. They categorized the lifestyle of homeless people in 4 types, there are mobility, works, sleeping arrangements, and the usage of drogue.
The data collected in that table are 22 citations of the novel about the homeless life in Paris. There are 8 citations about the activities or the works of homeless people, 6 citations about how homeless people mobilize their life, 5 citations about the sleeping arrangements of homeless people and 3 citations about their habits in consuming the drugs and alcohol.
Based on those citations, the character named No is the image the homeless woman in Paris. She found the difficulties when searching some place to sleep, work or have some money, therefore she have to mobilize herself from one public space to another public space. And, she consumes some drugs and alcohol to prevent herself from depression living in the street.
In the presence of this research, the researcher hopes that it could give some new perspective in introducing and learning French literature and civilization. Moreover, the readers could be more sensible to the social problems around.
