ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of organization structure in division of labor and moral development on employee counterproductive behavior. It was quantitative research with survey method in Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan Darat.
The research was conducted to all employees of Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan Darat by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 88 employees as respondent was selected by using McClave
The research conlude: (1) There is a direct negative effect of organization structure in division of labor on counterproductive behavior. (2) There is a direct negative effect of moral developmenton counterproductive behavior. (3) There is a direct positive of organization structure in division of labor on moral development. (4) There is a indirect effect of organization structure in division of labor on counterproductive behavior pass through moral development.
