STUDY ON PROCEDURAL JUSTICE AND REWARD TOWARDS TEACHERS
ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AT STATE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
OF BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT IN EAST JAKARTA 1

ABSTRACT
A study of determining the influence of procedural justice and reward on
the teachers organizational commitment at state vocational high school of
business and management has been done which the samples were taken in
East Jakarta 1.
In this work a survey method with path analysis techniques was used by
applying a questioner as a researched instrument. 98 responders were involved
by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were
decided using simple random sampling among all teachers that working at the
predetermined location.
The results showing both procedural justice and reward perform
significant effect on the teacher’s organizational commitment. Moreover there
was a correlation between procedural justice and reward which one affects the
other.
