Pengaruh perceived organizational support (POS) dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD swasta katolik di Jakarta Pusat
ABSTRACT:
This study aims to determine the effect of (1) perceived organizational support (POS), (2) organizational communication, (3) job satisfaction of teachers working at Catholic Elementery School of Central Jakarta.
In the data analysis, this study used a survey method using a causal analysis technique Strip. This study used a sample of 170 teachers in nine Catholic Elementary Schools in Central Jakarta are selected using Slovin formula.
The results showed that: first, there are positive influence between the perceived organizational support (POS) and job satisfaction of teachers in schools. Secondly, there is a positive effect between organizational communication and job satisfaction of teachers in schools. Third, there is a positive effect between the perceived organizational support (POS) and organizational communication of teachers in schools.
