RELATIONSHIP OF CONTROLING AND REWARD ON ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF HEAD OF PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
IN DEPOK
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the relationship of controling and reward on organizational effectiveness of head of private junior high school in Depok.
This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques (regresi). The process of head of private junior high school in depok data collection is done by using the questionnaire as a research instrument in the study of was selected as the unit of analysis with a sample of 148 people is determined by random techniques (simple random sampling).
The results show: Firstly, there is the relationship of organizational effectiveness by controling; Secondly, there is the relationship on the organizational effectiveness of reward. Third, There is the relationship controling relationships and reward together with organizational effectiveness.
