ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and
recrutment on job performance of teacher foundation developer creativity jakarta.
This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques (Path
Analysis). The process of teacher foundation developer creativity jakarta. Data
collection is done by using the questionnaire as a research instrument in the study
of was selected as the unit of analysis with a sample of 81 teacher is determined
by random techniques (simple random sampling).
The results show: Firstly, there is the influence of organizational culture by
job performance; Secondly, there is the effect on the job performance of
recrutment. Third, there is the influence of organizational culture on recrutment.
