THE EFFECT OF THE SELF CONFIDENCE AND PERSISTENCE AGAINST THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICIALS STATE OF ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY SYARIF HIDAYATULLAH JAKARTA

ABSTRACT
This aim of this research is to learn about the influence of self-confidence and persistence on the performance of the administration officials. The method used was a survey method with the type of explanatory research.
The method used is this research was quantitative approach. Data survey collected 133 employees administration. Data analysis using path analysis.
Based on the testing of the hypothesis that has been done, he can be described as the following research findings: (1) there is a positive direct influence of self-confidence in performance, (2) there is a direct impact on the performance persistence, (3) there is a positive direct influence between faith themselves on persistence. The implications of this research is to improve the performance of the administration pergawai can be done by improving self confidence and persistence.
