Pendidikan anti Bullying di Taman Kanak-kanak : studi fenomenologis pelaksanaan pendidikan anti Bullying di sekolah My School Cerdas Gempita, Kecamatan Ngaglik Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta tahun 2012

ABSTRACT
This research aims to study the development of anti-bullying educational programs on the learning environment in a kindergarten Sekolahku My School Tunas Cerdas Gempita, in Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The method of the research use qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, document analysis, and the results of students ' craft. The validity of the data is done by triangulation, documentation and library study. Data analysis is conducted continuously with reference to the principles of data analysis Miles and Huberman.Reduction of data is done by coding based on the focus of the research need. The reduced data are presented in three categories; (1) the characteristics of bullying, (2) the development of anti-bullying program, (3) the driving factor and a barrier. At the end, the conclusions and verification finally found by reviewing some field notes, interview notes and documentation. The result of data research are developed in the discussion by making a link between the data with the theory and reviews of the library study to get a final conclusion.Three basic conclusions that taken are, (1) the pattern characteristics of bullying showed dominance between leader and follower as a complex phenomenon in the background that occurs naturally in a kindergarten, (2) the development of anti-bullying program should be integrated with another programs to get the goal of positive behaviors and positive words, (3) the driving factor and restricting comes from within and outside. They are teacher, parent, school programs, etc from within and traditions of the community from outside.
