Pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja pengawas Sekolah Dasar : studi-kausal di Kabupaten/ Kota Propinsi Riau (2010)
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to find out the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction and trust on performance of elementary schools supervisor official / city in, Riau province. The study is a survey using path analysis and was conducted in official / city n=60 which were selected randomly.The data of each variable pere collected by using survey method and then analyzed by using Path analysis.the data analysis and interpretation suggest and that the performace of elementary school suvervisor,is directly affected by the organizational culture,job and satisfaction and trust.The results of the research are as follows; 1) There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on performance. 2) there is a positive direct effect of organiozational culture on Job Satisfaction. 3) There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on Trust. 4) There is a positive effect of Job Satisfaction on performance. 5) There is a positive direct effect of Trust on performance.
The results of the research is performance which got from variety organizational culture, Job satisfaction and Trust.
