THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHING STYLE AND SELF CONCEPT TOWARD SMASH SKILL IN BADMINTON GAME.
( The Experimental Study of Studens at High School ADI LUHUR Jakarta East)

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to find out the influence of teaching style and self concept toward smash badminton skill.
The sample of this research is 60 students at high school ADI LUHUR Jakarta East, and done in experimental study with 2 x 2 factorial group design. The data were analyzed by using "ANAVA" (Analysis Varians) and then continued with Tukey test.
The results of the research show that (1) there is overall differences in the significance of the badminton smash skill between training style and command style, (2) there are differences between the results of smash badminton skill at training style and command style for high self-concept group. Thus for students who have high levels of self-concept, the results of smash badminton skill with training style is better than command style, (3) there are differences between the results of smash badminton skill at training style and command style for the low self-concept group. Thus for students who have levels of low self-concept, from the smash badminton skills taught by command style and training style does not provide a significant difference, (4) there was an interaction between teaching style and self-concept on the results smash badminton skills.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya mengajar dan konsep diri terhadap keterampilan bulutangkis menghancurkan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 60 siswa di SMA ADI LUHUR Jakarta Timur, dan dilakukan dalam penelitian eksperimental dengan 2 x 2 group design faktorial. data dianalisis dengan menggunakan "ANAVA" (Analisis Varians) dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada perbedaan secara keseluruhan pada signifikansi keterampilan menghancurkan bulutangkis antara gaya pelatihan dan gaya komando, (2) terdapat perbedaan antara hasil keterampilan bulutangkis menghancurkan pada gaya pelatihan dan gaya komando tinggi kelompok konsep diri. Jadi bagi siswa yang memiliki tingkat konsep diri, hasil keterampilan bulutangkis menghancurkan dengan gaya pelatihan lebih baik daripada gaya perintah.
