Evalusi program beasiswa SMK pertanian di kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur Kalimantan Tengah : penerapan model evaluasi goal free
ABSTRACT
This objective of this research is to indentify : (1) the negative side effects of
Agronomy Vocational High School Scholarship; (2) the positive effect that is stated
by the goal of Agronomy Vocational High School Scholarship; and (3) the positive
side effects of Agronomy Vocational High School Scholarship.
The method which was applied in this research was the combination of
sequential explanatory. When the data was taken, quantitative method was used first
before using the qualitative method. Based on the results of the analysis, the
research findings that can be taken: (1) Agronomy Vocational High School
Scholarship has the negative side effect, that is the student who receives the
scholarship depends on the scholarship and the low of the student’s competition
manner especially in theoretically academic field. The other effect is, the using of the
scholarship is not suitable with the need stated, that is the existence of voluntary
charity; (2) Agronomy Vocational High School Scholarship is able to give positive
effect according to goal program stated; and (3) Agronomy Vocational High School
Scholarship is not able yet to give side positive effects toward the received-sudent’s
ability to use the pocket money from the parents for individually productive effort or
the ability to invest for preparing his/her future as well. The effect is only to lighten
the parents’s burden and facilitate the school’s operation fund especially school
comittee fund.
