Hubungan supervisi dan reward dengan kinerja pegawai
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SUPERVISION REWARD
WITH OFFICER JOB PERFORMANCE
(Correlational Study at Midwifery Academy of Al-Fathonah Jakarta)

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to study the relationship between supervision and reward with the officer job performance. The study was conducted at Midwifery Academy of Al-Fathonah Jakarta.
This research using survey method that 54 samples selected through simple randomly. Data collecting using questionnaire and analyzed with correlation and regression technique.
The result of the research showed: Firtsly, there is a positive correlation between supervision with officer job perfrmance. Second, there is a positive correlation between reward with the officer job perfrmance. Third, there is a positive correlation between supervision and reward simultaneously with the officer job perfrmance.
