Pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan emosi terhadap perilaku kontraproduktif guru SD di Kecamatan Cilincing Jakarta Utara
ABSTRACT
Based on the real situation that occurred in the area of research and according to reliable sources, it is important for researcher to carry out this research. The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of organizational justice and emotion toward counterproductive work behavior of primary teacher in private school at Cilincing District, North Jakarta.
This research was conducted using quantitative approach with surveys method. The data was collected by giving some questionnaires (some statements regarding organizational justice, emotion and counterproductive work behavior) to the respondents. This research took 99 samples from 132 affordable populations with random sampling techniques.
The data was processed and analyzed by path analysis. The results of this research shows that (1) Organizational Justice has negative direct effect toward Counterproductive Work Behavior, (2) Emotion has positive direct effect toward Counterproductive Work Behavior and (3) Organizatinal Justice has negative direct effect toward Emotion.
