ABSTRACT
THE EVALUATION ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BOSDA EDUCATION PROGRAM IN SD NEGERI KEC GUNUNG PUTRI BOGOR

The objective of the research is to evaluate implementation of tutoring program in SDN Kecamatan gunung Putri Bogor. This is evaluation research model was CSE-UCLA (system Assessment, Program Planning, Program Implementation, Program Improvement, Program Certification)witch was formulated by marvin C. Alkin. The Research had been held in SDN Kecamatan gunung Putri Bogor. The data were collected through documentation, interviewing, questionnaire, and observation, and data analysis a descriptive-qualitative technique. Results of the analysis of the system assesment, program planning, program implementation, program improvement, and program certification were judge in term of the criteria. Barrier of BOSDA implementation are BOSDA distribution often late, therefore it was intrude on learning activities. Recommendation BOSDA clockwise the BOSDA fund exploitation should totally directed to school operational for learning process fluency, fund resouces from APBD, BOSDA and contribution of parents, from third component the contribution of student parent was most dominant.
