Peran komunikasi asertif pengasuh dalam mengatasi kenakalan santri : studi kasus Pondok Pesantren Az-Ziyadah Jakarta Timur

This research is motivated researchers want to knowing Assertive Communication in resolve juvenile delinquency students in Islamic Boarding School Az-Ziyadah, East Jakarta.
Researchers using the characteristic features that show Assertive Communication in resolve juvenile delinquency students in Islamic Boarding School Az-Ziyadah, East Jakarta. Researchers assume that Assertive Communication can minimize juvenile delinquency students that occured in Islamic Boarding School, and with Assertive Communication is the early stages of the development process and the development of students to make a better generation.
This research aims to analyze Assertive Communication in resolve juvenile delinquency that occured in Islamic Boarding School Az-Ziyadah, East Jakarta. This research used a qualitative approach descriptive and analytical methods. The theory used is theory Assertive Communication by Lyoyd.
Result showed that Assertive Communication caregivers to students in resolve juvenile delinquency in Islamic Boarding School Az-Ziyadah not effective, the lack of proximity between caregivers and students, and attitude of students is too sensitive, so that difference in the inpression during the process Assertive Communication.
