Hubungan antara lingkungan kerja guru sekolah dasar dan motivasi berprestasi guru sekolah dasar dengan kepuasan kerja guru sekolah dasar
Abstract
The objective of this research is to obtain information the correlation between work environment and Achievement of motivation with job satisfaction of the teacher elementary school in district Karawang Barat.
The approach used was quantitative by survey method in elementary school in district Karawang Barat. The sample collect from 30 teachers of elementary school who obtained with random technique, through an instrument that have been validated a questionnaire using scale likert 1-5. Then the data were analyzed by using regression.
The research findings are: (1) there is correlation work environment with job satisfaction; (2) there is correlation motivation achievement with job satisfaction; (3) there is correlation work environment and motivation achievement with job satisfaction.
The result of the research implied that in the work environment, the motivation achievement, the quality of job satisfaction.
