Pengaruh pemberdayaan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru MTs Negeri di Jakarta Barat
The objective of the research is to find out the effect of empowerment and commitment organizational on teacher’s job performance. The research was conducted at Islamic Junior High School in West Jakarta. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 92 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are : (1) there is a positive direct effect of empowerment on job performance; (2) there is a positive direct of commitment organizational on job performance; (3) there is a positive direct empowerment of commitment organizational.
