Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai di lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to find out the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior.
The research by using a survey method with path analysis. The number of 367 employees was selected by simple random sampling.
The research conclude : (1) there is a direct effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior; (2) there is a direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; (3) there is a direct effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction; and (4) there is an indirect effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction.
