ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT IN ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL
INSTITUTIONS
(A CASE STUDY RESEARCH RUMAH PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
FOUNDATION, EAST KUNINGAN, JAKARTA)

ABSTRACT
To be able to contribute in providing education service to the community, Islamic educational institution is required to keep their existence by all necessary means, which includes maintaining its Organisational Commitment. The objective of this research is to gain a deep understanding of the employee’s commitment. It is a qualitative research with a case study method conducted in Rumah Pendidikan Islam (RPI) Foundation, Jakarta since June to November 2014. Employee’s give full attention and support to the organisation by demonstrating numbers of qualities, such as: 1) Attitude is indicated by the acceptance towards organisation’s values and goals. 2) Involvement, Work involvement is indicated by the aspiration to be involved in every given objectives. 3) Loyalty in RPI Foundation by the willingness to work and maintain their association with the organisation for an extensive period of time. Every components are established to confirm the commitment toward organisation.
