Pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL) dan kepercayaan terhadap Organizational Terhadap Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB) Guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bogor

THE EFFECT OF QUALITY OF WORK LIFE (QWL) AND TRUST ON TEACHER ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) AT STATE HIGH SCHOOL IN BOGOR CITY

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of quality of work life and trust toward organizational citizenship behavior secondary school teachers in the city of Bogor.
The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 507 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 223 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques.
Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is conluded: 1) quality of work life have positive direct effect to organizational citizenship behavior; 2) trust have positive direct effect to organizational citizenship behavior; 3) quality of work life have positive direct effect to trust. Organizational citizenship behavior can be improved through improvement of quality of work life and trust.
