Hubungan motivasi dan komitmen dengan prestasi kerja guru PAUD : studi korelasional pada guru PAUD di Kota Jakarta Timur tahun 2017
The quality of an early childhood teacher can be demonstrated through work performance. This is because the teacher served in guiding and giving birth to the nation's shoots of quality, competitive, faithful, and useful for the nation and state. This research was conducted at School of Early Childhood Education in East Jakarta because the teacher directly related to research variables, that is about motivation, commitment and achievement of Early Childhood Education teacher and total of 100 teachers. Affordable population in this study are teachers of Early Childhood Education located in Kota Jakarta Timur The sample in this study using cluster sampling technique Data collection in this study was conducted by using non-test techniques. From the explanation of the theory, the hypothesis can be proposed as follows: (1) There is a significant positive relationship of motivation with work performance, (2) There is a significant positive relationship of commitment with work performance, (3) There is a significant positive relationship motivation and commitment together with achievement work.
