Pengaruh desain kerja dan pengambilan keputusan terhadap efikasi diri pegawai Administrasi Pusat Administrasi Universitas (PAU) Universitas Indonesia
This study aims to obtain information about the influence of work design and decision making onself efficacy of administrative employeesPusat Administrasi Universitas (PAU) Universitas Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research, The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in hypothesis testing with total population are 100 respondents, and sample of 80 respondents who are selected by using random sampling. Research is focused on three aspects:work design, decision making, and self efficacy Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that (1) there is a positive direct influence of the work design on self efficacy. (2) there is a positive direct influence of decision making on self efficacy and (3) there is a positive direct influence of the work design on decision making.
