Pengaruh model pembelajaran treffinger dan torrance of creative thinking terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA dalam belajar biologi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Treffinger dan Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasieksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan faktorial yang melibatkan 120 siswa SMAN 4 dan SMAN 8 Malinau sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran model Treffinger lebih tinggi yakni 70,917 daripada yang mengikuti model konvensional yaitu hanya 64,383 (2) Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang diberi TTCT lebih tinggi yaitu 72,433 daripada yang diberikan penilaian Konvensional yakni hanya 62,867 (3) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan model penilaian terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, (4) Pada kelompok siswa yang diberikan TTCT, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran model Treffinger lebih tinggi yakni 76,90 daripada siswa yang mendapatkan model Konvensional yaitu hanya 67,967. (5) Pada kelompok siswa yang diberikan penilaian Konvensional, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran model Treffinger tidak berbeda secara signifikan dengan siswa yang mendapatkan model Konvensional, (6) Pada kelompok siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran Treffinger, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang mendapatkan TTCT lebih tinggi yakni 76,90 daripada yang mendapatkan penilaian Konvensional yaitu hanya 64,933 (7) Pada kelompok siswa yang diberikan mbelajaran model Konvensional, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang mendapatkan TTCT lebih tinggi yakni 67, 967 daripada yang penilaian Konvensional yaitu hanya 60,80. The study was aimed at finding out the effect of Treffinger learning model and Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) on the students’ critical thinking skills for senior high school in Biology Learning. This study was a quasi-experimental using the factorial design involving 120 students of the Senior High School 4 Malinau and Senior High School 8 Malinau as the sample. The result show that that (1) the students’ critical thinking skills of the group of students who learned through the Treffinger learning model was higher, they got average of value was 70,917, than that of those who learned through conventional learning model, they got average of value was 64,383. (2) the students’ critical thinking skills of the group of students who were TTCT was higher, they got average of value was 72,433 than that of those convensonal assessment, they got average of value was 62,867.(3) there was an interaction effect between learning model and form assessment on the students’ critical thinking skills, (4) in the group of students who were assessed by TTCT, the students’ critical thinking skills who learned through the Treffinger learning model was higher, they got average of value was 76.90, than that of those who learned through the conventional learning model, they got average of value was 67.967. (5) in the group of students who were conventional assessment model, the students’ critical thinking skills who learned through the Treffinger learning model was not different than that of those who learned through the conventional learning model, (6) in the group of students who learned through by the Treffinger learning model, the students’ critical thinking skills were assessed by TTCT was higher, they got average of value was 76,90, than that of those who were assessed by conventional assessment, they got average of value was 64,933. (7) in the group of students who learned through by the conventional learning model, the students’ critical thinking skills were assessed by TTCT was higher, they got average of value was 67,967, than that of those who were assessed by conventional assessment they got average of value was 60,80.
