Penyelengaraan pendidikan inklusif di SDN Pela Mampang 01 dan SDN Rambutan 01 Jakarta : studi kualitatif pada sekolah dasar inklusif di Jakarta
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pela Mampang 01 dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri Rambutan 01. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam waktu 5 bulan terhitung dari bulan Januari-Mei 2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan peneliti sendiri yang menjadi instrument kuncinya. Teknik keabsahan data diperoleh melalui pemeriksaan derajat kepercayaan (credibility) yaitu dengan ikut serta secara langsung dan pengumpulan data secara triangulasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa; (1) kurikulum bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SDN Pela Mampang masih bersifat umum sebagaimana siswa reguler lainnya sedangkan, di SDN Rambutan 01 sudah menggunakan kurikulum modifikasi pada setiap bimbingan khusus di luar jam wajib belajar, (2) tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan sudah tersedia di kedua sekolah tersebut, (3) proses pembelajaran bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SDN Rambutan 01 yang mendapatkan layanan bimbingan khusus di luar jam wajib sekolah, (4) sistem penilaian di SDN Rambutan 01 telah disesuaikan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kemampuan siswa namun di SDN Pela Mampang mengikuti penilaian secara umum (5) sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia di kedua sekolah sudah mencukupi demi terselenggaranya pendidikan inklusif yang ramah dan (6) peran orang tua siswa inklusif sudah berjalan baik terbukti sebagian dari mereka berkonsultasi dengan dokter, psikolog atau psikiater dalam menangani anaknya dan menjalin komunikasi baik dengan pihak sekolah. This study aims to determine in-depth implementation of inclusive education in Pela Mampang 01 Elementary School and Rambutan 01. Research carried out within 5 months from the month of January to May 2017. The study was a qualitative study by researchers themselves are the key instrument. Technique authenticity of data obtained through the examination of the degree of confidence (credibility) that is by participating directly and triangulation data collection. Results of the study revealed that; (1) curriculum for students with special needs in SDN Pela Mampang still common as regular students more while, in SDN Rambutan 01 already use the curriculum modifications on any specific guidance beyond the hours of compulsory education, (2) educators are already available in the second the school, (3) the learning process for students with special needs in SDN Rambutan 01 get the services of specialized counseling outside of compulsory schooling, (4) the assessment system in SDN Rambutan 01 has been adjusted based on the needs and abilities of students but in SDN Pela Mampang follow the general assessment (5) facilities and infrastructure available at both schools is sufficient for the sake of implementation of inclusive education were friendly and (6) the role of parents inclusive has been running well proven most of them consult a doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist in handling their children and establish good communication with the school.
