Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan kepercayaan terhadap affective commitment guru SMAN di Kota Bogor
The objective of the research is to obtain information about the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and trust on affective commitment of state high school. The research was conducted to all of state high school principal The City of Bogor by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 92 principal as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1). there is direct effect of POS on affective commitment. (2). there is direct effect of trust on affective commitment. (3). there is direct effect of POS on trust. Therefore to enhance principal’s affective commitment can be carried out by POS and trust. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari Perceived Organizational Support (POS) , Kepercayaan dan Affective Commitment guru SMA Negeri di kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Survey data yang diambil sebanyak 92 guru dengan menggunakan analisis data Slovin formula. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan maka dapat digambarkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) POS berpengaruh langsung terhadap Affective Commitment, (2) Kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung terhadap Affective Commitment, (3) POS berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepercayaan.
