Pengaruh penggunaan air laut dan ukuran droplet terhadap efektifitas kadar partikulat gas buang pada insinerator sampah
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan pengaruh penggunaan air laut dan ukuran droplet terhadap kadar partikulat gas buang pada insenerator Universitas Negeri Jakarta terhadap penurunan kadar opasitas, CO2 dan suhu gas buang pembakaran sampah anorganik. Peneliti melakukan pengujian pada gas buang insinerator tanpa tangki pembilasan, dengan droplet size scrubber besar, dan gas buang insinerator menggunakan droplet size scrubber kecil terhadap kadar opasitas, CO2, suhu dan warna gas buang dengan menggunakan media air laut sebagai sistem recycle fluida. Kadar opasitas tertinggi pada pengujian gas buang tanpa tangki, menggunakan tangki pembilasan dengan droplet size scrubber besar, menggunakan tangki pembilasan droplet size scrubber kecil adalah 99.3% dan 97.7%, dan 92.1%, 86.2% dan 84.6%. 81.0 Kadar CO2 tertinggi dan pada pengujian gas buang tanpa tangki, menggunakan tangki pembilasan droplet size scrubber besar, menggunakan tangki pembilasan droplet size scrubber kecil adalah 4.2% dan 0.9% dan 0.6%. Suhu gas buang tanpa tangki 500C, untuk suhu gas buang menggunakan tangki baik pembilasan dengan droplet size scrubber besar dan droplet size scrubber kecil adalah 320C. Pembilasan system water scrubber dilengkapi dengan 4 buah misting nozzle bertipe hollow cone dengan sudut penyerapan 90o. Penurunan kadar opasitas yang efektif adalah sebesar 17,44%, sedang penurunan kadar CO2 yang efektif adalah 2.64%. Pembilasan system water scrubber menggunakan droplet size kecil lebih effektif dikarenakan droplet ukuran kecil ini menghasilkan jumlah butiran yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan penggunaan droplet size besar.

Motivation to study is the change of energy in an individual that can be signed with the emergence of feelings and reaction to reach goals. While self-discipline is a circumstance which form through a process that shows the values of selfconfession, obedience, regularity, and orderliness to the applicable regulation, and to support good learning outcome should have motivation to study and also a good self-discipline. This study aim to find out the relation between motivation to study and selfdiscipline with the learning outcome in electrical motor installation subject. The population of this study is the whole electrical installation expertise program’s student in SMK Kapin. While the used sample is all the student who already got electrical motor installation subject as many as 60 students. The used method in this research is expost facto which used quantitative approach. The primary data is the motivation to study and self-discipline data, while the secondary data is the learning outcome data. The data analysis technique that used is hypothesis test and F-test that previously done prerequisite analysis test using normality test and linearity test. The calculation result shows that the hypothesis test with 5% of significant level obtained rcount = 0,6 and rtable = 0,254, because rcount > rtable , then the Fcount = 16,03 and Ftable = 3,15 which mean Fcount > Ftable so it can be concluded that there is a significant relation between the motivation to study and self-discipline with the learning outcome of electrical motor installation practice in electrical installation expertise SMK Kapin Jakarta. Keywords: Motivation to Study, Self-Discipline, and Practice Learning Outcome This study aims to show the effect of sea water usage and droplet size on particulate gas content in incenerator of State University of Jakarta to decrease the level of opacity, CO2 and temperature of exhaust gas inorganic waste. The researchers tested incinerator flue gas without flushing tank, with large droplet size scrubber, and incinerator flue gas using small size scrubber droplet to the level of opacity, CO2, temperature and color of exhaust gas using seawater media as recycle fluid system. The highest level of opacity in the tankless exhaust gas testing, using the rinsing tank with large size scrubber droplets, using small droplet size scrubber tanks was 99.3% and 97.7%, and 92.1%, 86.2% and 84.6%. 81.0 The highest CO2 content and on the tank exhaust gas test, using large droplet scraping droplet tank, using a small scrubber droplet flushing tank is 4.2% and 0.9% and 0.6%. The temperature of the exhaust gases without a 500C tank, for the exhaust gas temperature using a well flushing tank with large droplet size scrubber and small size scrubber droplet is 32°C.
Flushing water scrubber system is equipped with 4 pieces of hollow cone nozzle type hello cone with absorption angle 90°. The decrease of effective opacity level was 17,44%, meanwhile the decrease of effective CO2 level was 2.64%. Flushing the water scrubber system using a small droplet size is more effective because this small droplet produces more grain quantities than the use of large droplets of size.
