Pelaksanaan program berbagi pengetahuan (sharing session) pada divisi Corporate Environment Social Responsibility, Security, General Affair and Communication (CESRSGACOM) PT United Tractors, Tbk.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara deskriptif pelaksanaan program berbagi pengetahuan (sharing session) pada divisi Corporate Environment Social Responsibility, Security, General Affair, and Communication PT United Tractors, Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati proses pelaksanaan program berbagi pengetahuan, kuesioner disebarkan kepada karyawan sebagai peserta yang terlibat aktif dalam program berbagi pengetahuan, serta wawancara dilakukan kepada penanggung jawab program. Hasil penelitian dideskripsikan dengan proses pertama yaitu mereduksi data yang telah didapat, lalu menyajikan display data dengan diagram dan presentase, lalu ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil data tersebut, sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program berbagi pengetahuan (sharing session) pada divisi Corporate Environment Social Responsibility, Security, General Affair, and Communication PT United Tractors, Tbk . Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program berbagi pengetahuan (sharing session) pada divisi Corporate Environment Social Responsibility, Security, General Affair, and Communication PT United Tractors, Tbk sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Kekurangannya hanya pada aspek proses penyebaran pengetahuan kepada organisasi lain. Kurangnya dokumentasi terhadap pelaksanaan program, kurang menyediakan akses pengetahuan yang dibagikan kepada organisasi lain.
This study aims to describe descriptively the implementation of knowledge sharing (sharing session) in Corporate Social Responsibility, Security, General Affair, and Communication division of PT United Tractors, Tbk. This research is a descriptive research. Data is collected by some technique, that is observation, questionnaire distribution, and interview. Observations were made to observe the process of implementing knowledge sharing programs, questionnaires distributed to employees as participants who were actively involved in knowledge sharing programs, as well as interviews conducted to the person in charge of the program. The result of the research is described with the first process that is reducing the data that has been obtained, then presents the display data with the diagram and percentage, then drawn the conclusion of the data, in accordance with the purpose of this study is describing the implementation of knowledge sharing (sharing session) Responsibility, Security, General Affair, and Communication PT United Tractors, Tbk. The result of the research shows that the implementation of sharing session in the Corporate Environment Social Responsibility, Security, General Affair, and Communication Division of PT United Tractors Tbk has been done well. The only drawback is on aspects of the process of disseminating knowledge to other organizations. Lack of documentation of program implementation, lacking access to knowledge shared with other organizations.
