Model latihan air untuk terapi penderita PPOK (Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik) pada Lansia
This study aims to create a model of water exercise patients in the elderly PPOK and increase the volume of respiratory vital capacity of lung for age ranging from 45 years in swimming pool Mediterranean Waterfall Cikunir Bekasi. Study time During 5 months starting September 2017 - January 2018. This research uses research and development (R & D) method, with reference to the opinion of ADDIE model, where the research is through 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Model Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Preparation of the initial product using 13 models of exercise in the validation by the exercise and water experts there are 10 models of exercise worthy of use by the elderly. After the validation test conducted the initial research, the researchers applied 13 models of water exercise with elderly sample in swimming pool Mediterranean Waterfall Cikunir Bekasi. The results of this study produce a product in the form of water training model for ppok patient therapy in elderly as many as 13 models that have been tested in small groups involving 15 elderly and large group trials involving 30 elderly. Before the water model was given the researchers took the initial test of vital pulmonary capacity, the initial test results in can be as much as 30,167. After that the water exercise model conducted for 9 meetings. The researcher performed the final test and obtained the result of 32200. Based on the results of the above research shows that this exercise model is feasible to apply and can increase the respiratory volume of vital capacity of elderly lung. The end result of the water training model for patient therapy (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) ppok on the elderly in the form of water model exercise book.
