Strategi pengembangan program kepemimpinan (leadership) pada anak SD kelas 1 : studi deskriptif di Sekolah Dasar Al-Muslim Tambun, Bekasi, 2017
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai Strategi Pengembangan Program Kepemimpinan (Leadership) Pada Anak SD Kelas 1 di SD Al-Muslim Tambun yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2018. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pada anak SD kelas 1 di SD AlMuslim Tambun. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan Strategi Pengembangan Program Kepemimpinan (Leadership) Pada Anak SD Kelas 1 di SD Al-Muslim adanya tujuan pengembangan program kepemimpinan (leadership) anak yaitu, untuk membentuk manusia yang khalifah fil ardl yang rahmatan lil alamin dan berakhlakul karimah, menerapkan tujuh aspek keterampilan leadership, menanamkan pembiasaan-pembiasaan keterampilan leadership dalam kehidupan seharihari. Perencaan kegiatan pembelajaran dibuat oleh tim leadership dan guru leadership, materi pembelajaran leadership mengacu kepada tujuh aspek keterampilan leadership. Materi pembelajaran leadership yang terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran lain. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ceramah, praktik, diskusi, observasi. Proyek, presentasi, dan eksperimen. Media yang digunakan yaitu LKS, gambar, penutup mata, puzzle, lingkungan sekitar, dan media lainnya. Evaluasi dilakukan pada saat pembelajaran leadership berlangsung dan pada saat anak mengerjakan tugas, evaluasi pembelajaran leadership mengarah kepada tujuh aspek keterampilan leadership, ada dua penilain yang diambil pada pembelajaran leadership yaitu psikomotor dan afektif, evaluasi pembelajaran leadership bersifat praktik.
This research was aimed to describe Leadership Program Development Strategy in Grade 1 Elementary School students at Al-Muslim Tambun Elementary School which were conducted in January 2018. The research used descriptive method in grade 1 elementary school students at Al-Muslim Tambun Elementary School. Data collection procedure was carried out by the means of observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used were data reduction, data display, and verification/ conclusion. The findings of the research on the Development Strategy of Leadership Program in Grade 1 Elementary School in Al-Muslim Elementary School indicated that the purpose of Leadership Program Development Strategy i.e., to form an individual with khalifah fil ardl rahmatan lil alamin and propitious attitude, to apply seven aspects of leadership skills, to embody leadership skills in everyday life. The planning of learning activities were made by leadership team and leadership teachers, leadership learning materials referred to the seven aspects of leadership skills. Leadership learning materials were integrated with other subjects. The methods used were lectures, practices, discussions, observations, projects, presentations, and experiments. The media used are student worksheets, drawings, blindfolds, puzzles, surrounding environment, and other media. Evaluation was conducted at the time of leadership learning and when the students carried out their tasks, the evaluation of leadership learning program led to seven aspects of leadership skills. There were two assessments taken on leadership learning, i.e., psychomotor and affective assessment, the evaluation of leadership learning program was in the form of practice.
