Meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS melalui model active learning tipe giving question and getting answer kelas V SDN Menteng Atas 02 Pagi Kecamatan Setiabudi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V di SDN Menteng Atas 02 Pagi Kecamatan Setiabudi melalui penerapan model Active Learning tipe Giving Question and Getting Answer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Menteng Atas 02 Pagi Kecamatan Setiabudi sebanyak 32 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan model yang dikemukakan Kemmis & Mc Taggart. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik lembar pengamatan, catatan lapangan, dokumentasi dan evaluasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan merefleksi tindakan-tindakan yang telah dilakukan pada satu siklus. Pada siklus I, siswa yang mendapat skor ≥75 hanya 50% dan pada siklus II, siswa yang mendapat skor ≥75 mencapai 81,25%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SDN Menteng Atas 02 Pagi melalui penerapan model Active Learning tipe Giving Question and Getting Answer. Presentase aktivitas guru juga meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II. Oleh karena itu, guru dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran ini untuk dijadikan salah satu variasi dalam mengajar khususnya mata pelajaran IPS. This research aims to improve social learning outcome on fifth grade student on SDN Menteng Atas 02 Pagi, Setiabudi through application type Giving Question and Getting Answer model of Active Learning. Samples of this research were 32 fifth grade student on SDN Menteng Atas 02 Pagi, Setiabudi. The method used in this research is class room action research, the model proposes by Kemmis&Mc Taggart. Data was collected through observation, field notes, documentation and evaluation. Data analysis was performed by reflecting on the activities that have been performed on one cycle. In the first cycle, student who got score ≥75 was 50% while in the second cycle, students who got score ≥75 reached 81.25%. The result of this research showed that type Giving Question and Getting Answer model of Active Learning had improved social learning outcome on fifth grade student on SDN Menteng Atas 02 Pagi. Percentage of students and teacher’s activity also had improved from the first cycle to the second cycle. Because of that, teacher’s can use this learning model as one of variation on teaching, especially in social learning.
