Pengaruh latihan High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) terhadap penurunan kadar lemak pada member evolution fitcamp
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan high intensity interval training terhadap penurunan kadar lemak pada member Evolution Fitcamp. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai Juli 2018 yang bertempat di Lapangan Basket, Sultan Residence dan kawasan SCBD depan Equity Tower. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen, dengan teknik analisis. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang yang berasal dari member aktif Evolution Fitcamp. Pengambilan tes didahului dengan penimbangan awal menggunakan timbangan digital Tanita dan dicatat di formulir pengukuran, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan latihan high intensity interval training selama 16 kali pertemuan, dan melakukan penimbangan akhir kembali dengan timbangan digital Tanita lalu dicatat di formulir pengukuran. Teknik pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, data tes awal kadar lemak pada member yang diberikan latihan High Intensity Interval Training diperoleh nilai terendah 20,5% dan nilai tertinggi 50,6% didapat dengan rata-rata penurunan sebesar 33,60 untuk standar deviasi sebesar 8,01% dan standar error mean (SEm) sebesar 1,48%. Dan data tes akhir kadar lemak pada member yang diberikan latihan High Intensity Interval Training diperoleh nilai terendah 20 dan nilai tertinggi 49,1 dengan rata-rata 32,83 untuk standar deviasi sebesar 7,89% dan standart error mean (SEm) sebesar 1,46% dan diperoleh uji t sebesar 7. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka latihan high intensity interval training dapat menurunan kadar lemak
This study aims to determine the effect of training on high intensity interval training on decreasing fat levels in Evolution Fitcamp members. Data collection is carried out from June to July 2018 located at the Basketball Court, Sultan Residence and SCBD area in front of Equity Tower. The research method used in this study is experimental, with analytical techniques. The sample used in this study amounted to 30 people from the active member Evolution Fitcamp. Test taking is preceded by an initial weighing using the Tanita digital scale and recorded on the measurement form, followed by doing a high intensity interval training exercise for 16 meetings, and doing the final weighing again with the Tanita digital scale then recorded on the measurement form. Hypothesis testing techniques conducted in this study using purposive sampling technique with t-test at a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that the initial fat content test data on members who were given High Intensity Interval Training obtained the lowest value of 20.5% and the highest value of 50.6% was obtained with an average decrease of 33.60 for a standard deviation of 8.01% and the standard error mean (SEm) is 1.48%. And the final fat content test data for members who were given High Intensity Interval Training obtained the lowest value of 20 and the highest value of 49.1 with an average of 32.83 for a standard deviation of 7.89% and the standard error of mean (SEm) of 1, 46% and obtained a t test of 7.
