Evaluasi program sekolah peradaban : studi evaluatif berdasarkan model CIPO di SD Peradaban Kota Serang

Abstract
The objective of this study was to assess the effectiveness of Sekolah Peradaban on the component context, input, process and output. It was a program evaluation by CIPO model in Sekolah Peradaban of Serang City. The data was collected using various techniques such as observation, interview, questionnaire and document study. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the data found that: (1) the context of the evaluation showed that the program is important for the people to provide an alternative education on educational issues that tend to saturate, (2) the evaluation of input, the importance of good planning, recruitment of qualified human resources and competence, the funding allocation for the poor and the adequate of infrastructure and facilities support, (3) at the process evaluation, the formulation of good learning planning and implementation and the routine supervision of the implementation of learning in order to achieve the goal of Sekolah Peradaban program, and (4) the evaluation of output, the cognitive aspects obtained the average values learners according to the standard program, but need to be improved on the affective and psychomotor aspects. To improve the effectiveness of Sekolah Peradaban, the results suggest to improve some aspects that have not been achieved, and partly achieved at each stage of the evaluation.
