MODEL ANALISIS GOAL ORIENTED REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING (GORE) PADA PRINSIP EXTREME PROGRAMMING (XP) DI APLIKASI WHISTLEBLOWING KEMENTERIAN KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN

ABSTRAK
Penelitian model analisis Goal Oriented Requirements Engineering (GORE) pada prinisp Extreme programming (XP) bertujuan untuk membuat analisis model yang sesuai dengan kaidah Requirements Engineering (RE). Untuk proses analisis model GORE pada prinsip XP ini, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat dilakukan reverse engineering untuk mendapatkan requirement yang akan digunakan untuk menjadi dasar proses GORE. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dimana model ini merupakan penjabaran dan analisis dari kumpulan teori yang berkaitan dengan GORE dan XP menggunakan requirement yang telah didapatkan dari proses reverse engineering. Proses penelitian di awali dengan mengumpulkan semua requirement dengan cara reverse engineering pada aplikasi whistleblowing Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan dengan studi literature dari buku petunjuk operasional whistleblowing sistem. Dilanjutkan analisis GORE dengan requirement hasil reverse engineering dilakukan dengan metode tropos yang merupakan salah satu model GORE. Kemudian proses penyesuaian hasil analisis dengan tropos pada prinsip – prinsip yang terdapat di Extreme programming. Hasil penelitiannya berupa bentuk model analisis GORE pada prinsip XP. Pengujian hasil analisis pemodelan menggunakan teknik triangulasi teori. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa pemodelan ini sesuai dengan teori yang terkait dengan penelitian dengan beberapa modifikasi.

ABSTRACT
Research analysis model Goal Oriented Requirements Engineering (GORE) on the principles of Extreme Programming (XP) aims to create a model of analysis in accordance with the rules of Requirements Engineering (RE). GORE models for the analysis process on the principle of XP, it takes an application that can do reverse engineering to get a requirement that will be used to form the basis GORE process. In this research use descriptive qualitative research. Where this model is a translation and analysis of a collection of theories related GORE and XP by using requirements that have been obtained from the reverse engineering process. The research process begins with collecting all the requirements by means of reverse engineering on the application whistleblowing Marine and Fisheries Ministry with a literature study of operational user guide whistleblowing system. GORE analysis followed by reverse engineering requirement results performed with Tropos method which is one of the models GORE. Then the adjustment process analysis results with Tropos on principle in Extreme programming. Research results in the form form GORE analysis model on the principle of XP. Testing results of modeling analysis using triangulation techniques theory. Based on test results obtained that the model is consistent with the theory related to research with some modifications.
