Pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran tata rias wajah koreksi
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research and development study was to design, develop, evaluate and revise reusable instructional multimedia resources based on the principles of individual learning that would support knowledge and skill students performance in the context of corrective make up at study program Health and Beauty, State University of Jakarta.
Using a research and development model (Borg and Gall, Instructional Design resources analysis instructional Dick & Carey and CAI Development resource Hannafin and Peck were iteratively and collaboratively developed and revised based on feedback gathered through formative evaluation. Between each round of qualitative formative evaluation, development the instructional multimedia of corrective make up were revised based on analysis of the data.
Development phases were carried out: research and information collecting, instructional design, product design, product development, experts evaluation, revised, target users evaluation and revised. The formative evaluation of instructional multimedia consisted of three phases.
Based on the results of this R & D study, it was concluded that the answer to the research question is yes, it is possible to develop the instructional multimedia to meet the specifications of the needs assessment. The characteristics of instructional multimedia are very similar to the characteristics of successful (valid and practical) reusable individual resources. The final version of the instructional multimedia were found to be valid and practical, in the context of corrective make up.
