ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is in order to know affectivity of policy PP.
Number. 17 / 2010 article 196 about the role of society in education that be implemented by the committee of Islamic school in kecamatan Teluknaga of Tangerang Sub province.
Subject of the research consist of the headmaster of Islamic school of vice headmaster, teacher, the chairman of committee, member of committee, the parent of student, secretary of KKM MTs, and student. This evaluation of research use Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). The collecting data be done interview,
Observation, and document study.
The result of research point out whereas the performance of committee in Islamic School in step of Design Stage of committee of Islamic school is not effective yet operate assuitable with the purpose of committee which have been established for
Installed program step point out whereas the involved persons in the management of committee of Islamic school is the persons who have the closeness with the party of Islamic school it means in this step do not operate well yet as suitable with the
standard that have been established, for the process step point out whereas the management of committee do not operate the task from its function well as advisor, Supporter, Controller and Mediator, meanwhile Product step, point out whereas the
management of committee have been arrange AD/ART of job program but the arrangement only incomplement administration not as the reference of parameter.
