Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan keadilan prosedural terhadap komitmen organisasi guru SMA swasta di kecamatan Serpong Tangerang Selatan
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the effect of organizational culture and procedural justice toward organizational commitment of state senior high school teachers in district Serpong Tangerang Selatan.
The research use quantitative approach with a survey method and applied path analysis in testing hyphotesis. Research based on state senior high school teachers with total sample 122 teachers.
The study shows several result, which are (1) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment (2) there is positive direct effect of procedural justice on organizational commitment (3) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture on procedural justice.
