Hubungan budaya organisasi dan Reward dengan komitmen organisasi : studi korelasi pada guru Sekolah menengah kejuruan Bisnis Manajemen Swasta di Kotamadya Binjai, Sumatra Utara

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational culture and reward with organizational commitment at PrivateManagement Business Vocational School Teachers in Binjai, North Sumatera. The research was conducted by a survey method with the correlational study and 103 samples has been selected randomly. The data have been analize by applying regression and correlation technique. Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire.The result showed that: (1) there is a positive relationship between organizational culture with organizational commitment; (2) there is a positive relationship between reward with organizational commitment; and (3) there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and reward together with
organizational commitment.
