Evaluasi program e-learning berbasis Knowledge Management System (KMS) di ST. Joseph Primary School Jakarta : evaluasi program dengan menggunakan modifikasi model Hammond
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas program e-learning di ST. Joseph Primary School Jakarta. Penelitian evaluasi program ini menggunakan model Hammond yang dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan teknologi dalam 3 dimensi yang ada. Ada empat komponen area evaluasi: (1) Dimensi Instruksi, (2) Dimensi Kelembagaan, (3) Dimensi Perilaku dan (4) Dimensi Teknologi. Instrumen WEBLEI (Web-based Learning Environment Technology) digunakan untuk mengukur dimensi instruksional, sedangkan TROFLEI (Technology-Rich OutcomesFocussed Learning Environment Instrument) digunakan untuk mengukur dimensi perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan e-learning bisa menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar bagi siswa di abad ke-21, namun beberapa temuan menarik seperti konsistensi orang tua di sekolah dan di luar sekolah, siswa berorientasi ujian yang tidak menyukai dan bosan dengan isi e-learning, rasa frustrasi siswa terhadap teknologi, dan bagaimana keamanan internet dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan dukungan orang tua terhadap keberlangsungan program. Rekomendasi yang diberikan kepada pengambil kebijakan adalah melanjutkan Program E-Learning Berbasis Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan di SDS. ST Joseph School Jakarta dengan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains siswa. Kata kunci: Evaluasi program, e-learning, modifikasi model Hammond, ST. Joseph Primary School
This research was conducted to know the effectiveness of e-learning program in ST. Joseph Primary School Jakarta. The evaluation research of this program uses a modified Hammond model by adding technology in the existing 3 dimensions. There are four components of evaluation area: (1) Instruction Dimension, (2) Institutional Dimension, (3) Behavior Dimension and (4) Technology Dimension. WEBLEI (Web-based Learning Environment Technology) was used to measure the instructional dimension, while TROFLEI (Technology-rich OutcomesFocussed Learning Environmental Instrument) was used to measure the behavioral dimension. This research used qualitative method. The result shows e-learning can be a solution to enhance learning experience for 21st century learners, however some interesting findings like parents’ consistency in the school and outside the school, exams oriented students who dislike and bored to the content of e-learning, students’ frustration to technology, and how internet security can improve parents’ trust and support to the program. The recommendation given to the stake holder is to continue the E-Learning Program Based on Knowledge Management System in ST.
