Hubungan antara fleksibilitas otot bahu dan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap ketepatan lemparan bola pada penjaga gawang kop futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta
This study aims to determine (1). Is there a correlation between shoulder flexibility with the ball on the goalkeeper (2). Is there a correlation between the explosive force of the arm muscle with the throw of the ball on the goalkeeper (3). Is there a connection between shoulder flexibility and explosive arm muscle power by throwing a ball at the goalkeeper Data retrieval in this study was conducted in Multipurpose Building Faculty of Sport Science State University of Jakarta on 5 - 7 June 2017. This research uses descriptive method with correlation study technique. Samples taken are Student Faculty of Sport Science State University of Jakarta who follow KOP futsal UNJ as goalkeeper as much as 20 people. Shoulder flexibility data collection using shoulder Flexibility test, retrieval of arm muscle explosive data using overhead medicine ball throw test, and retrieval of ball throw data using validated ball throw test. The result of data processing relation between shoulder flexibility to goalkeeper throw is obtained by regression equation Ŷ = 5,305 + 0,067X1, correlation coefficient rx1y = 0,478 with tcount = 2, 307, and ttable = 2,101. Apparently thitung = 2, 307> ttable = 2,101 and Ha accepted. This means that there is a meaningful relationship between shoulder flexibility against the goalkeeper's throw is significant. The result of data processing correlation between arm muscle explosive power to goalkeeper throw is obtained with regression equation Ŷ = 0,77 + 0,426X2, correlation coefficient rx2y = 0,57 with tcount = 2, 944, and ttable = 2,101. Apparently thitung = 2, 944> ttable = 2,101 and Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship between the armor's explosive power against the goalkeeper's throw is significant. The result of data processing relation between shoulder flexibility and arm muscle explosive power to goalkeeper throw is obtained with regression equation Ŷ = 1,64 + 0,05 X1 + 2,46 X2, correlation coefficient Rx1x2y = 0,391 with Fhitung = 5,728, and Ftabel = 3 , 59. Apparently Fcount = 5,728> Ftable = 3.59 and Ha accepted. This means that there is a meaningful relationship between shoulder flexibility and explosive arm muscle power against the goalkeeper's throw is significant.
