Perbandingan metode latihan basket Drill dan Rallying untuk meningkatkan akurasi pukulan Backhand spin pada atlet Admiral Tennis Club
The purpose of this research is to find out 1) The effectiveness of Basket Drill training on improving the accuracy of the backhand Spin Attack athlete of Admiral Tennis Club, 2) The effectiveness of Rallying exercise to increase the accuracy of Spinning Backhand Spin athlete of Admiral Tennis Club, and 3) The effectiveness of Basket Drill training, Rallying exercise in improving the accuracy of Spinning Backhand Spin athlete of Admiral Tennis Club. The research method used in this research is experimental method. The population in this study was the Admiral Tennis Club athlete consisting of 38 athletes. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique that is choosing sample based on certain considerations according to criteria determined by researcher, finally get 30 athletes as sample. From the existing data from the final group test result, the average of deviation (MD) = 3,667 standard deviation (SD) = 1,350 and the standard error mean (SEMD) = 0.361 result is ttable on degrees of freedom (dk) = N-1 = 14 with significance level = 5% obtained by the critical value ttable = 1.76 thus tcount = 10,163 which means thitung> ttable, then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, it means Basket Drill is effective against increasing spin backhand accuracy Admiral Tennis Club athletes. The Rallying Exercise Method obtained the mean deviation (MD) = 0.80 standard deviation (SD) = 1.116 and the standard error mean (SEMD) = 0.312 result gives ttable on degrees of freedom (dk) = N-1 = 14 with significance level = 5% obtained tcable critical value, = 1.76 thus tcount = 2.567 which means tcount> ttable then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, means Rallying practice method is effective against increasing the backhand spin of Admiral Tennis Club athletes. Basketball Exercises Drill and Rallying Exercises obtained tcount of 3.137 then tested with ttable at 5% significant level and degrees of freedom (N1 + N2) -2 = 28 obtained ttable of 2.16 which means the value of t count
