Kajian kapasitas saluran drainase pada jalan Prof. DR. Hamka Kelurahan Gaga Kecamatan Larangan Kota Tangerang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian kapasitas saluran drainase. Kajian ini diupayakan sebagai pemecahan masalah genangan air sedalam hampir 50 cm akibat hujan yang kerap kali terjadi di Jalan Prof. Dr. Hamka sehingga tidak menghambat arus lalu lintas dan merugikan kegiatan masyarakat sekitar. Kajian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi lapangan, studi kepustakaan, serta dengan mengikuti pedoman terkait perencanaan drainase dari Departemen Pejkerjaan Umum dan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Analisis distribusi curah hujan dilakukan dengan metode Normal, Log Normal, Log Pearson III, dan Gumbel. Sementara, berdasarkan uji dispersi dan uji chi kuadrat dengan taraf nyata pengujian (α) 0,05 maka hasil curah hujan yang memenuhi syarat adalah distribusi Log Pearson III dan Normal dengan nilai curah hujan (Xtr) sebesar 605,622 mm dan 594,873 mm. Berdasarkan perhitungan didapat nilai Intensitas hujan sebesar 136,265 mm/jam. Sesuai dengan luasan tangkapan dari drainase jalan raya, maka perhitungan debit banjir (Qr) menggunakan metode rasional dengan periode ulang 10 tahunan didapatkan yaitu sebesar 0,297 m³/det. Kapasitas data tampung (Qs) dari saluran dihitung dan didapatkan yaitu sebesar 0,128 m³/det. Sehingga Qr>Qs, sehingga saluran harus direncanakan ulang. Perencanaan ulang saluran drainase menjadi salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah banjir saluran drainase di jalan tersebut. Perencanaan ulang mempertimbangkan luasan penampang dan ketersediaan lahan. Setelah dibandingkan antara bentuk saluran persegi, trapesium dan setengah lingkaran, didapatkan bentuk saluran terbaik yaitu berbentuk pesegi dengan dimensi 0,40 x 0,60 dengan bahan beton. Dari hasil perhitungan didapat kapasitas daya tampung saluran sebesar 0,339 m³/det.
