Cooperative Education Equality in PKBM Al Ishlah, Iron Doors in Central Jakarta.

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the role of education in improving the economic income equality citizens to learn in terms of the management of the work done in the pre-cooperative management PKBM Al-Ishlah The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the method of research used
to examine the nature of the object, where the researcher is the key instrument. Data was collected by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results further emphasize the significance of the generalization. Techniques that will be used to blunt the data source is the depth interview data collection techniques (interviews), participant observation (observasiberperan as well). The approach in this study is a case study of intensive research focused on one
particular object, with as a case study. Sources of data in this study as a whole amounted to 3 people who serve as informants to provide an overview of information on the management of pre-existing cooperatives PKBM Al Ishlah. Fifth resource consists of: Chairman PKBM, business and tutor PKBM Pre Cooperative. The results revealed that the pre-existing cooperative PKBM Al Ishlah was originally going well. due to some constraints such as lack of supervision in the field of companion, photo copy machine was broken, the lack of capital to purchase, as well as a means to sell because there is no out of contract, and lack of supervision in the management of pre-cooperative cause pre cooperative while not running. The strategy used is to improve supervision on a regular basis can help and improve employee and manager of pre cooperatives. The training activities will also need to increase the performance of the managers and employees of pre cooperatives.
The conclusion of this study that good management in the management of precooperatives can essentially increase the economic income of participants and facilitate the learning needs of particular communities in meeting the needs of learning tools.
