THE EVALUATION OF MICROTEACHING PROGRAM IN STKIP KUSUMA NEGARA JAKARTA

ABSTRACT
The research is stimulated by the microteaching program in STKIP Kusuma Negara Cijantung as the standards and requirements of the students become professional educators in accordance with the education system on Institutions of Higher Education Teaching (LPTK). Attempts to find out how successful implementation of microteaching program, it is necessary to research based program evaluation. This study aims to determine empirically the implementation of the program microteaching STKIP Kusuma Negara Cijantung based on standards that have been set. The focus of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of microteaching program. This study used a qualitative method using a model Countenance Evaluation of Robert E. Stake. As for the things that are evaluated include: (1) Antecendents (Context), Transaction (process), and (3) Outcomes (results) implementation of microteaching. The results showed that for antendents aspect result that the general context in STKIP Kusuma Negara Cijantung considered quite good. Only the infrastructure components microteaching there are still shortcomings. Results of research for aspects of the transaction (process) implementation of microteaching in STKIP Kusuma Negara Jakarta showed that microteaching implementation process from planning, implementation, assessment and monitoring microteaching accordance with Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007 concerning the standard process. Results of the study to aspects of outcomes (results) showed that the overall result is quite good students microteaching activities as well as the final exam scores microteaching all students graduate with quite satisfactory.
