Danang Eko Prihandoko. Evaluasi Penerapan Keamanan dan Keselamatan Gedung Berbasis Metode CFSES (Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System) Pada Gedung Pusat Studi dan Sertifikasi Guru UNJ. Jakarta : Jurusan Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2015. Kebakaran gedung bertingkat bisa memakan korban yang banyak, baik harta maupun jiwa, jika tidak diantisipasi sejak dini dengan memfasilitasi gedung tersebut dengan fasilitas keamanan dan keselamatan gedung. Evaluasi keamanan dan keselamatan gedung adalah salah satu cara untuk mengetahui kesiapan sebuah gedung dalam menghadapi kejadian kebakaran. Skripsi ini membahas evaluasi keamanan dan keselamatan gedung terhadap bahaya kebakaran di gedung Pusat Studi dan Sertifikasi Guru UNJ (Sergur UNJ) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System (CFSES). Perangkat lunak CFSES membantu memberikan perhitungan hasil observasi peneliti terhadap 12 parameter safety berdasarkan NFPA 101A Alternate Approaches to Life Safety. Dari hasil evaluasi terhadap 12 parameter akan didapatkan nilai kontrol penyebaran api (fire control), nilai jalur keselamatan keluar gedung (egress), dan nilai keselamatan kebakaran umum (general safety) di gedung tersebut. Kemudian nilai hasil penelitian dibandingkan dengan nilai yang telah ditetapkan oleh NFPA 101A untuk klasifikasi bangunan tersebut. Jika nilai yang didapat dari hasil evaluasi berada dibawah nilai persyaratan yang diwajibkan maka perlu tindak lanjut untuk memperbaiki parameter safety yang melekat pada gedung tersebut untuk meningkatkan kesiapan gedung dalam menghadapi kebakaran. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada pihak gedung untuk melakukan pengujian tahan api terhadap pintu darurat nya. Kemudian memasang fire stop material untuk shaft kabel. Melakukan pengujian sistem alarm dan springkler secara menyeluruh. Melengkapi perlengkapan akses keluar. Serta membuat emergency team dan emergency respon plan (ERP). Evaluation of the security and safety of buildings is one way to determine the readiness of a building in the face of fires. This thesis discusses the evaluation of the safety and security of the building against fire in the building Pusat Studi dan Sertifikasi GuruUNJ (Sergur UNJ ) with the help of software Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System ( CFSES ) . CFSES software helps provide the calculation results of observation of researchers to 12 parameters of safety is based on NFPA 101A Alternate Approaches to Life Safety From the results of evaluation of the 12 parameters will be obtained values control the spread of fire (fire control), the value of the safety path out of the building (egress) , and the value of general fire safety (general safety) in the building. Then the results of the study compared with the value set by NFPA 101A to the classification of the building. If the values obtained from the evaluation is below the required value terms it needs a follow-up to improve safety parameters attached to the building to improve the readiness of building in the face of fire. The results provide suggestions to the building for testing emergency exit fire resistant against her. Then install a fire stop materials for the cable shaft, Testing the alarm and sprinkler system as a whole. Completing the access equipment out.
