THE EFFECT OF LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE (LMX)AND SELF EFFICACY TO OCB IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER DISTRICT OF MENTENG,CENTRAL OF JAKARTA

ABSTRACT

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of LMX and self efficacy on OCB. It was a quantitative research was conducted in four schools located in district of menteng, central of jakarta.
The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to82 teachers in 4junior high school as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way.
The result of this study are : (1) There is a positive direct effect of LMX on OCB. (2) There is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on OCB. (3) There is a positive direct effect of LMX on self efficacy.
