Abstract
The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of leader member exchange (LMX) and perceived organizational support (POS) on productivity of the teachers at Catholic Private Senior High School in Central of Jakarta.
The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The samples was selected as much as 141 teachers using simple random sampling technique.
The results of this research are: (1) Leader member exchange has positive direct effect to productivity; (2) Perceived organizational support has positive direct effect to productivity; (3) Leader member exchange has positive direct effect to Perceived organizational support.
