Pembelajaran senam lantai guling kedepan pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 13 Kota Bekasi

ABSTRACT
The general objective of this research is to improve student learning outcomes through the learning media of forward roll gymnastic in SMPN 13 Kota Bekasi. Furthermore, this research was conducted to obtain in-depth information about the application of learning models with a variety of physical education instructional media. This study used action research method. The subjects in this study were students of class VII-1 SMPN 13 Kota Bekasi, which amounts to 33 students. This study was conducted with six sessions consisted of two cycles, each cycle consists of 3 sessions, the first cycle is realized through action to motivate students according to plan and learning model, the result is the average grade of student's achievement in the forward roll gymnastic learning which is 79,4 or 70 % of students succeed to complete. The second cycle is realized through action as the reflection of the first cycle results that will provide motivation to students in the further planning and learning model, the result is an average of 82, or 100% of the students are succeed to complete. Based on the results of this study concluded that: (1) The future of learning gymnastics floor with a variety of media to increase student learning outcomes, (2) By learning a variety of media students motivated and active in participating in the learning process.
