THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND STRESS ON STATE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS PERFORMANCE AT PALMERAH DISTRICT IN WEST JAKARTA

ABSTRACT :
The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of organizational culture and stress on state primary school teachers performance at Palmerah District in West Jakarta.
The research was conducted using survey method using a causal analysis technique Strip. The population of this research is 130 teachers. This study used a sample of 98 teachers selected using slovin formula. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis technique.
This study aims to determine the effect of (1) organizational culture, (2) stress, (3) teachers performance SDN Negeri Palmerah District in West jakarta. The results showed that : first , there are positive influence between the organizational culture and teachers performance in schools. Secondly , there is a negative effect between organizational culture and stress. Third , there is a negative effect between stress and teachers performance in schools.
